By downloading or using Mnmlist – Habit Tracker (“the App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Terms & Conditions

1.1 Use of the App

Mnmlist is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help you track habits. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any unlawful way.

1.2 No Guarantees

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee habit outcomes, productivity improvements, or data accuracy.

1.3 Data Responsibility

You are responsible for any data you enter. If you delete the App or disable iCloud, your data may be permanently lost.

1.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mnmlist and its creator are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the App.

1.5 Changes

We may update the App or these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Data We Collect

Mnmlist is designed to collect as little data as possible. The App may store:

• Habit names, schedules, and completion status (entered by you)
• App settings and preferences

2.2 Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

• Names, emails, phone numbers, or account credentials
• Location data
• Contacts
• Advertising identifiers
• Health data
• Browsing or cross-app tracking data

No data is sold or shared with third parties.

2.3 Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics to understand basic app usage (for example, feature usage) and improve stability (for example, crash reports). Analytics:

• Are used only to improve the App
• Are not used for advertising
• Do not track you across apps or services

If analytics are disabled, no usage data is collected.

2.4 Data Sharing

Your data is never shared with third parties, except for Apple services required for core functionality (for example, iCloud sync).

2.5 Data Security

We rely on Apple’s system-level security (iOS and iCloud) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we take minimal-data design seriously.

2.6 Children’s Privacy

Mnmlist is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

2.7 Your Rights & Choices

You can:

• View, edit, or delete your data at any time inside the App
• Remove all data by deleting the App and/or disabling iCloud sync
